Quarterly report to North Carolina General Assembly on implementation of disaster recovery funds, May 15, 2025

This report provides an overview of the state and federal funds dedicated to Hurricane Helene relief and recovery efforts through March 31, 2025, and how North Carolina is using those resources to aid affected communities, as required by SL 2025-2 (HB 47) § 4.1(g-h). Unless otherwise noted, the report encompasses activities from the onset of the storm through March 31, 2025.
